About QuickJava

QuickJava is a Firefox extension that allows you to easily enable/disable Java, JavaScript, Images, Flash and more directly from the toolbar and/or status bar! (Need help?)
NOTE: QuickJava will become obsolete with the release of FF version 57 and above and will no longer be updated. Please see this thread for additional information.

Welcome to QuickJava

Please see the Quick Help page for more information.  You can get back to that page at any time by right clicking any QuickJava toolbar icon and selecting "Help and FAQ"

Within the Quick Help page you will find a link to the page referencing most of the advanced features within Version 2 and above.  That page can be viewed here.

If you were having problems before installing QuickJava then you will probably continue to have problems, it is not designed to fix existing issues.  If you are having a problem that you believe is caused by Quick Java please disable all other plugins, restart Firefox and verify the problem still exists.  For a more detailed instruction set please visit this page.

If you have any suggestions or find a bug to submit, please use the GitHub Repository for QuickJava.  Please note that Add-on reviews are not an appropriate place to file a bug report as I am unable to contact you to further assist you.

Important Note: If you uninstall QuickJava, any settings changed while you were using QuickJava will NOT be changed back. Please make sure that the settings are how you want them before uninstalling.
